Cleanliness was not high on the list. Nail clippings found on floor.When getting the bath ready for my daughter it was dusty and grimmey. Carpet not vaccumed. No attention to detail. Not even a bowl or plate to eat off. When saying this to reception, especially about the disgusting nail clippings was told " thanks for bringing it to our attention" no offer of even cleaning it.... Would not recommend.
